Granulators HGM 60/100 and HGM 60/145
Advantages of granulator and Shredder Slowly combined
Granulators of Herbold, Meckesheim, HGM 60/100 and HGM 60/145 are with both overall sizes. The one-rotor comminution machines unite the advantages of a guts mill (Chop up by reaping with knives, suitable for relatively small sieve punchings) and a Shredders (insensitively against foreign body, dull cut corner, work with decreased speed).
The Granulators can chop up difficult, especially tenaciously or foreign body containing materials with which customary mills would have too short knife state times and could not generate normal Shredder the desired end product.

Granulator series SML
for normal use.
Granulators of the SML class are available with rotors of 220 to 800 mms of diameter and 300-to 1,450-mm working and impulse achievements of 5.5 kW to 160 kW. The C models of the class are available with space-saving, full-integrated sound insulation.

Granulators series SMS
for especially demanding applications: the comminution of massive lumps, tough fibers, extremely thin foils or just simply very much large amounts of material. Here we build machines of 500 mms to 2,000-mm working and impulse engines of 22 kW to 250 kW. The SMS class is a preferential device for recycling companies, because they are moved with equally high achievement easily by the pulverisation of large-volume hollow bodies on the pulverisation of bis records or lumps

Granulator series SMP
for the processing of profiles and pipes. It concerns, on this occasion, self loading machines with horizontal Beschicktrichter for long sticks of 6 and more metres of length. An additional finish for short pieces and mitre cuts is available

Granulators series SMR
for the processing of great pipes from PP, to PVC and other materials. Heavy mills of 320 to 1,600 mms of rotor diameter and 15 kW - 300 kW of impulse achievement with horizontal put in. In the Put in which is closed after the loading to the meal process a dependent on load steered, mechanical feed provides for the optimum extent of utilisation of the machine.

The pulverizers of the class SMF are preferred used with the pulverisation more softy, fiber-shaped, thins and/or elastic materials, as for example cellulose in record form.
